With her daring new cut, the 19-year-old superstar is definitely channeling the likes of Tilda Swinton, Agyness Deyn and perhaps her biggest inspiration for the radical new cut, 1960s mod model Twiggy.
Cyrus has never been scared of change. The 19-year-old entertainer recently went from dating Liam Hemsworth to getting engaged to be married, and she’s constantly changing up her career paths from singing to acting.
